Job Title
We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser with a minimum of three years’ experience within a premium fashion or lifestyle environment, including the visual setup of retail stores and showrooms. You will have strong commercial understanding and the ability to connect visual presentation with sales, stock and customer behaviour. Confident in coaching and influencing others, you will be a highly collaborative team player who builds effective relationships with store teams, internal stakeholders and external partners. You will be organised, able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable working independently across a regional portfolio. Strong communication skills, a practical and solution-focused approach, and flexibility to travel regularly across London, the South and the wider UK and Ireland are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the consistent delivery of the Gant brand experience across an assigned portfolio of Full Price, Outlet and Wholesale locations.
- Translate Global VM direction into commercially relevant execution, adapting it within agreed parameters to local store needs.
- Coach and support store teams in maintaining high standards across windows, mannequins, fixtures, styling, product presentation and customer navigation.
- Use sales, sell-through, stock information and store observations to identify opportunities, agree actions and assess results.
- Support seasonal launches, new store openings, refits, relocations, pop-ups and other visual projects.
- Coordinate visual implementation with store teams, internal stakeholders, suppliers and installation partners.
- Support Wholesale and concession partners through visual guidance, training, showroom setups and seasonal updates.
- Provide relevant feedback on assortment, allocation, capacity and customer response to Retail, Merchandising and Global teams.
- Act as a brand guardian, providing clear feedback and corrective visual direction where required.
- Travel regularly across London and the South, with wider UK and Ireland travel when required.
