VMO2 Customer Service Advisor

Do you have 6 months experience working to targets? Are you passionate about customer service? We could have the job for you!

  • Hourly rate of £12.75.
  • Monthly bonus earning opportunities, up to £400!
  • Hybrid model – A mix of days on site based in Newcastle city centre & the comfort of your own home.
  • Full time permanent position - Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday to Sunday.

As an advisor with O2/Virgin Media, our customers' interests are at the heart of everything we do. Your main role will be to respond to inbound calls from O2/Virgin Media Mobile customers. You are to provide excellent customer service support, help with general queries such as payments, billing, customer complaints, data usage, roaming costs & aim to drive sales through great service.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 6-12 months experience within a sale’s role (Desirable) or working towards monitored targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels.
  • A technical mindset – you will need to know how to use a computer and navigate different systems.
  • A quiet place to work at home with a good broadband connection minimum 10 mbps.
