Working Pattern: on site 5 days per week
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Hours of Work: 9am - 5pm

Job Description
Purpose of Position
To provide an efficient administrative service to the workshop function within the Fleet Department.
Key Task & Responsibilities
- To respond to general enquiries into the workshop function within the Fleet Department
- To provide an efficient and effective general administrative service to the workshop function within the Fleet Department
- To complete day to day administration duties as directed by the Manager, ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness in the process
- To enter data into system as required by the department
- Support vehicle documentation and administrative duties ensuring all data is accurately inputted onto the system
- Processing of invoices in a timely manner
- To carry out any other administrative tasks as requested by the Manager

Qualifications
- As the successful candidate for this role you will be able to evidence extensive experience in an administrative role ideally within a transport setting.
- You will be able to evidence excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and high attention to detail.
- We will also expect you to;
- Be proficient on Microsoft Office Suite or Google suite.
- Have proven and demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
- Be a self motivated and organised individual.
