Role Description
The VNA Driver role at Arvato is a full-time, on-site position based in Wellingborough. The VNA Driver operates Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks to move, store, and retrieve goods within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all handling activities. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role also involves supporting inventory control through accurate scanning, labeling, and documentation, as well as working closely with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets and service levels.
Qualifications
- Valid VNA or equivalent forklift license and proven experience operating VNA trucks in a warehouse environment.
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations, with the ability to follow safe working practices and use materials handling equipment correctly.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling, scanning, and recording stock movements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with experience using warehouse management systems or handheld scanners preferred.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including potential weekends or overtime, depending on operational needs.
- Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment is beneficial.
- Reliability, a proactive mindset, and commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
