The national Vocations Marketing Communications Lead

The national Vocations Marketing Communications Lead will lead bold and engaging communications that bring ministerial vocations to life across the Church of England. Through compelling campaigns, inspiring stories and creative content, you'll help people from every background explore their part in God's story and consider where they may be called to serve.

Working nationally, you'll play a key role in equipping dioceses with the tools, resources and communications they need to support those exploring their vocation, while enabling parishes to nurture and encourage emerging ministerial vocations within local communities. From digital engagement and website development to events, newsletters and national initiatives, this is a strategic and creative role with the opportunity to strengthen vocational culture and help more individuals discover, discern and pursue God's call to ministry.

This is a three-year fixed-term position.

The closing date for applications is 7th September.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Use of AI in your application

We appreciate that you may want to use AI tools to help you with your application. We're happy for you to use AI to come up with ideas and help structure your thoughts, but you shouldn't use AI to fabricate information or write your whole application for you.
