Partnership Marketing & Activation Manager | Streaming & Digital Entertainment

📍 London (On-Site)
📅 5-Month Contract

We're partnering with a leading global direct-to-consumer entertainment and subscription VOD business to recruit an experienced Partnership Marketing & Activation Manager on an initial 5-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile international brand at a pivotal time of growth, working across strategic partnerships, integrated marketing campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative campaigns that enhance customer engagement, drive acquisition, and maximise partnership value.

The Role

As Partnership Marketing & Activation Manager, you will be responsible for managing key commercial partnerships and delivering impactful marketing activations across multiple channels and markets.

You will work closely with business development, growth, creative and local market teams to develop and execute partnership marketing plans that support broader commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic commercial partners.
  • Develop and deliver integrated partnership marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting.
  • Support the onboarding and activation of new partner relationships.
  • Identify creative opportunities to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Manage agency relationships and campaign production processes.
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand and creative guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience within partnership marketing, brand marketing, campaign management or related disciplines.
  • Experienced in VOD/Streaming/Entertainment industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with external partners, agencies, and senior commercial stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of performance metrics and ROI.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience within subscription services, media, entertainment, telecommunications, technology, consumer brands, or digital platforms would be advantageous.
