As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our “Office in a Box” home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are.

What you'll do
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of VodafoneThree growth strategy, helping some of our most important Retail & Services customers unlock new opportunities and accelerate transformation. You'll build trusted executive relationships, uncover business challenges, and shape innovative, outcome-led solutions that create real value. Working across VodafoneThree and our partner ecosystem, you'll lead complex opportunities from initial engagement through to successful delivery, making a direct impact on revenue growth and customer success.

- You'll identify and develop strategic growth opportunities across key retail and services customers.
- You'll use customer, market, and sector insights to uncover transformation priorities and investment opportunities.
- You'll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, becoming a valued strategic partner.
- You'll work alongside account leaders to create stakeholder engagement plans, customer roadmaps, and long-term growth strategies.
- You'll lead complex sales opportunities through qualification, solution development, governance, RFI/RFP processes, negotiation, and closure.
- You'll develop compelling, outcome-focused propositions that align Vodafone's capabilities with customer priorities.
- You'll bring together cross-functional teams from Sales, Presales, Product, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Service to create winning solutions.
- You'll collaborate with strategic technology partners to design innovative, integrated customer solutions.
- You'll facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, and customer engagement events that inspire transformational thinking.
- You'll maintain a strong pipeline, drive commercial performance, and deliver against revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- You'll contribute to the development of retail sector propositions, thought leadership, customer success stories, and wider business development best practices.
Who you are
- A proven business development or strategic sales professional with experience managing complex, enterprise-level opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert high-value growth opportunities.
- Experience building trusted relationships with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Skilled at navigating complex customer environments and influencing multiple decision-makers.
- Strong solution-selling capabilities with the ability to shape compelling value propositions and business cases.
- Experience leading virtual, cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident facilitating executive workshops, strategic discussions, and customer engagement activities.
- Results-driven with a track record of building qualified pipelines and delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
- A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with the ability to bring people together around a shared customer vision.
- Passionate about innovation, transformation, and helping customers achieve their business goals through technology and digital solutions.
