Hybrid

We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

Because no matter where you live, what your background is, or how you get online – we think everyone deserves the same chance to stay connected, and with VodafoneThree, that future’s being built – today.

We’re creating more than the UK’s best network. We’re helping close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress.

We believe that everyone should feel they belong. Whoever you are and whatever your story, there’s space for you here. We’re building a workplace where different perspectives are welcomed, voices are heard, and everyone feels safe to show up as themselves.

You’ll join a team that genuinely cares – about each other, about our customers, and about the future we’re building. From day one, you’ll be welcomed, valued and encouraged to bring your whole self to work.

Why VodafoneThree

Join us and you’ll be at the heart of change. That means building responsibly, investing sustainably and creating opportunities that last.

We’re not just expanding connectivity; we’re reimagining what a connected nation looks like. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, your work will directly power businesses, services, and communities across the country.

You’ll work on real challenges, with real impact, across every corner of the country. Wherever you join us, whatever your role, you’ll be helping to build a future that works better for everyone.

We move at pace, because what we’re building matters – and we’re learning as we go. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but we’re just getting started.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex creative projects and campaigns across our portfolio, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Operating within Generation - VodafoneThree's in-house creative agency, this role manages the successful planning, prioritisation and execution of a broad portfolio of work across multiple stakeholders, channels and timelines.

This role acts as a key delivery lead within the agency, translating marketing and brand requirements into structured project plans, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects move efficiently from briefing through to final delivery. The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in balancing competing priorities, managing delivery risk, and maintaining strong stakeholder confidence across a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The role requires strong judgement, proactive problem solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple integrated workstreams simultaneously across a diverse group of internal clients and agency specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project and Campaign Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end management of creative projects and integrated campaigns across our portfolio of brands, from initial brief through scoping, planning, execution, approval and final delivery.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size, complexity and pace, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, scope and quality expectations.
  • Develop clear project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery schedules, ensuring all stakeholders and team members understand responsibilities and critical deadlines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, copy, design, production, studio, digital, traffic and marketing stakeholders to deliver work efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure projects are properly scoped and briefed, with clear deliverables, timelines, assumptions, risks and approval routes in place from the outset.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
