Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and inspiring leader to shape the strategic direction and commercial success of SMARTY. We're looking for someone with the vision to evolve a challenger brand, the commercial expertise to deliver sustainable growth, and the proposition experience to develop innovative products and services that meet evolving customer needs.

You'll combine strategic thinking with strong execution, driving brand growth, customer loyalty, and commercial performance while leading high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders across the business. Passionate about customer experience and innovation, you'll play a pivotal role in defining SMARTY's future and delivering exceptional outcomes for both customers and the business.
- Define and lead SMARTY's proposition strategy and roadmap, identifying market opportunities and developing innovative products and services that drive customer growth and differentiation.
- Build compelling business cases for new propositions, leading their development and delivery from concept through to launch.
- Continuously optimise proposition performance, using customer insight, market trends, and commercial data to ensure SMARTY remains competitive and relevant.
- Partner with Digital, Technology, Brand, and Commercial teams to bring market-leading propositions to life and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Own SMARTY's commercial strategy and P&L, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term business performance.
- Deliver commercial outcomes across customer acquisition, retention, pricing, customer value management, and campaign performance.
- Leverage analytics and customer insight to optimise commercial campaigns, improve customer outcomes, and maximise return on investment.
- Shape SMARTY's end-to-end customer experience strategy, ensuring propositions and customer journeys work together to increase loyalty, advocacy, and lifetime value.
- Lead customer operations and strategic partner relationships, ensuring service excellence supports both customer satisfaction and commercial objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement across key customer and operational metrics, creating experiences that strengthen the brand and support growth.
Who You Are
An experienced and inspiring leader with a proven track record in proposition strategy, product innovation, and commercial growth within telecoms or a customer-focused consumer business.
- Commercially astute, with experience delivering business performance across P&L, pricing, customer value management, acquisition, and retention.
- A strategic thinker who can identify market opportunities, develop compelling business cases, and translate customer insight into market-leading propositions.
- A collaborative influencer with the ability to build strong relationships and lead cross-functional teams across Brand, Digital, Technology, and Commercial functions.
- A data-driven decision maker who combines customer insight, market trends, and performance metrics to optimise propositions, enhance customer experience, and drive sustainable growth.
