Role Description
The Vodbull UK Promoter for 2026/27 is an on-site role based in Birmingham, supporting the planning and promotion of Vodbull UK events throughout the academic year.

Day-to-Day Tasks

- Distributing promotional materials
- Engaging with potential attendees in person and online
- Representing the brand at venues, campuses, and local hotspots
- Driving event attendance by building relationships, answering questions, and providing clear information about upcoming events and offers
- Coordinating with the wider events and marketing team
- Providing feedback from attendees
- Assisting with on-the-night support such as guest interaction and queue management
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact confidently with attendees, venue staff, and partners.
- Sales and Marketing skills to promote events, drive ticket sales, and contribute to effective campaigns.
- Training and teamwork skills to learn promotional guidelines quickly and collaborate with other promoters and event staff.
- Ability to work on-site in busy nightlife environments, including evenings and weekends, with reliable punctuality.
- Knowledge of Birmingham’s student and nightlife scene is highly beneficial.
- Self-motivated, approachable, and comfortable speaking with diverse groups of people.
- Previous experience in promotions, events, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not required.
