About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Voice Actors and Voice Coaches to support an AI project focused on advanced voice and speech technology. You’ll apply your expertise in voice performance, vocal pedagogy, speech analysis, phonetics, and audio quality to evaluate speech recordings and provide detailed technical assessments. No prior AI experience is required — your domain expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze speech recordings and provide structured assessments using professional voice terminology.
- Evaluate vocal quality, resonance, phonation, pitch, intonation, rhythm, tempo, and breath support.
- Identify accents, dialects, phonetic characteristics, and speech patterns when confidently identifiable.
- Assess emotional tone, energy, articulation, and delivery style.
- Evaluate recording quality, including microphones, devices, room acoustics, and recording environments.
- Produce clear technical reports to support AI voice and speech training.
- Provide objective feedback while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
- Professional background in voice acting, voice coaching, dialect coaching, vocal pedagogy, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of speech analysis, prosody, intonation, phonetics, accent and dialect variation, and vocal quality.
- Understanding of resonance, voice placement, phonation, and breath control.
- Experience evaluating audio or recording quality.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Reliable internet connection and high-quality headphones for accurate audio assessment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with audio engineering, sound engineering, or acoustic evaluation.
- Experience providing detailed technical vocal analysis.
- Ability to clearly document nuanced observations for technical or AI-focused projects.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $30–$70/hour.
