We are partnering with a leading AI research lab to support the development of next-generation text-to-speech (TTS) systems designed to produce natural, expressive, and human-like voices. We are seeking female voice actors based in Northern UK with authentic Northern English accents—including Yorkshire, Manchester, Newcastle, Liverpool, and other regional Northern varieties—to provide high-quality voice recordings for training and evaluating advanced speech models.
This opportunity is well suited to experienced professionals in voice acting, narration, dubbing, podcasting, or broadcasting who can deliver consistent, expressive, and high-quality audio across a range of scripts.
Your recordings will be used exclusively for a specific internal CX AI Agent application and will not be sold, licensed, or repurposed for unrelated products or datasets.

- Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, pronunciation, and emphasis.
- Maintain a consistent voice, accent, and delivery style throughout recording sessions.
- Follow detailed recording requirements related to environment, microphone setup, audio quality, and file formatting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
