About the Role
Agents Only Technologies is seeking Multilingual Voice & Language Data Contributors to support language documentation, speech data, and transcription projects across multiple languages. This role involves participating in scripted conversations, recording spoken responses, audio while following project guidelines and quality standards.
Unlike traditional voice-over or narration work, this opportunity focuses on authentic speech that supports language technologies, linguistic research, and machine learning applications. Contributors may participate in conversational recordings, complete individual recording prompts, and review or transcribe audio submitted by other contributors.
We are currently seeking speakers of Afrikaans, Albanian, Burmese, Fulah, Haitian Creole, Kurdish, Oromo, Pashto, Quechua, Sesotho, Sinhalese, Tatar, Welsh, and additional languages as project needs evolve.
This opportunity is ideal for multilingual individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in flexible, project-based remote work.
Responsibilities
Voice Recording & Language Contribution
- Participate in natural, scripted conversations with another contributor or complete individual recording prompts.
- Record clear, high-quality audio using a smartphone, headset, or computer microphone.
- Follow provided recording guidelines to ensure audio quality and usability.
- Complete assigned recording sessions within project timelines.
- Respond to quality review feedback when revisions are required.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with project participation requirements.

Audio Transcription & Review
- Listen to recorded conversations and accurately transcribe spoken content.
- Identify speaker changes and apply required timestamp or formatting guidelines.
- Ensure transcripts accurately reflect recorded conversations without summarizing or altering content.
- Review completed work for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Follow established transcription and annotation standards consistently.
Quality and Process Compliance
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Follow project instructions, workflows, and quality assurance procedures.
- Escalate unclear recordings or language-related issues when appropriate.
- Handle project-related information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with project teams as needed to support quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to communicate naturally and comfortably in everyday conversations.
- Basic reading and writing proficiency in the language for transcription tasks.
- Basic English reading comprehension for understanding project instructions.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a functioning microphone.
- Access to a quiet recording environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to complete required consent and participation documentation.

Preferred
- Experience working on remote, freelance, or project-based assignments.
- Familiarity with audio recording tools or transcription platforms.
- Ability to contribute in multiple supported languages.

Compensation
