Introduction
Wipro is looking for an IPC Voice Support Engineer to work within our Technology Support team. As an IPC Voice Support Engineer, you will support the stability, availability, and effective operation of the IPC Unigy voice environment.
You will work closely with business users, service teams, IPC's Advanced Support Group, and project engineers to resolve incidents, fulfil technical requests, and maintain reliable voice services across the organisation.

Your Responsibilities
As an IPC Voice Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Analysing automated health-check results, identifying service issues, and managing incidents through ServiceNow.
- Collaborating with IPC's Advanced Support Group to investigate reported incidents, provide log files, coordinate Webex sessions, and drive tickets through to resolution.
- Completing IT and CMP requests, including programming changes within the Unigy Management System.
- Supporting users with dealerboard and Unigy Soft Client guidance, as well as pairing Check Point VPN devices with hard turrets for homeworking requirements.
- Supporting service-critical activities, including denial-of-service or access events, market-driven early coverage, urgent business requests, management reporting, and escorted data-centre access.
Mandatory Skills
You will have a solid understanding of:
- IPC Unigy, Unigy Management System, dealerboards, and Unigy Soft Client.
- Voice-support incident management and ServiceNow ticket handling.
- Technical troubleshooting, health-check analysis, and log-file investigation.
- Check Point VPN connectivity and remote-working voice solutions.
- Stakeholder communication and the management of urgent, business-critical requests.

Desirable Skills
Ideally, you will be familiar with:
- Producing UMS reports for capacity planning and knowledge-management purposes.
- Supporting denial-of-service and denial-of-access events.
- Enterprise voice recording and hot-desk profile management.
- Working with advanced vendor support teams and coordinating Webex troubleshooting sessions.
- Data-centre access procedures and supporting infrastructure project engineers.
