Voice Over Agent – Little Soho Voices
Children's Department, Soho Voices
Salary (dependant on experience) + [commission/pension/health insurance]
Little Soho Voices is one of London's leading children's voice over agencies representing young voice talent for animation, audiobooks, games, commercials, and radio. We're looking for an agent who loves working with children to look after our roster of child and teen performers, and to help it grow.
The role
- Represent and develop a roster of young voice artists aged [5–18 years old]
- Pitch talent to casting directors, producers, and studios, and build lasting relationships with them
- Negotiate fees, usage, and contracts, always with the child's welfare and long-term career in mind
- Arrange child performance licenses, chaperones, and session scheduling around school
- Be the main point of contact for parents and guardians, keeping them informed and supported
- Scout and audition new talent, and help young artists prepare for castings and sessions
- Manage bookings, availability, invoicing, and paperwork accurately
- Fill in for Agents at Soho Voices when on holiday

About you
- Experience in a talent, voice, casting, or children's performance agency (or strong transferable experience)
- Good working knowledge of UK child performance regulations and licensing, or keen to master them quickly
- A confident negotiator who's also warm, patient, and reassuring with families
- Highly organized, able to juggle lots of bookings and deadlines
- An ear for voice: you can spot potential in a young performer
- Safeguarding training is a plus. This post requires an enhanced DBS check.
