Voice Process Executive
Location: London
Type: Full-time
Salary: 20,000-24,000
About The Role
Manage voice-based customer interactions for international clients with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice processes for UK/US clients
- Maintain quality scores above 90%
- Follow scripted responses while personalising interactions
- Meet monthly targets for call handling and resolution
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions

Qualifications
- 6+ months in voice BPO process
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience with ACD/CTI systems
- Flexible with rotational shifts
