About The Project
Omilia builds the conversational AI that answers the phone for some of the world's largest banks, insurers, healthcare providers and utilities. When a customer calls their bank at 11pm, ours is the voice that picks up.
We are casting the voices that will do that job next. Your recorded speech will be used to build a synthetic voice that speaks on behalf of enterprise brands — reading balances, confirming appointments, resolving claims, guiding people through problems.
This is not narration or commercial VO. It is service speech: the register of a calm, competent professional who is genuinely helping someone.
Locales We Are Casting

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- United Kingdom (en-GB)
- Canada (en-CA)
We are casting on two tracks: national neutral (the educated broadcast standard of your country) and distinctly regional accents. Both are wanted. Do not neutralise your accent for the sample — record how you actually speak, and tell us where you are from.
Requirements
- All genders, adult age ranges from early 20s upward.
- Native speakers only. The accent must be authentically of the region. Talent living abroad is welcome, provided the accent has not drifted.
- Bilingual and multilingual talent strongly encouraged. If you can deliver two or more of the above at native or near-native level, say so — it is a real advantage in selection.
What We're Listening For
- Warm, clear, unforced. Conversational, not announcer-y
- A voice that is pleasant to hear every day and never draws attention to itself
- Comfort taking live direction and adapting quickly between characters
Prior IVR, e-learning, audiobook or voice-AI experience is an advantage, not a requirement. We have cast excellent voices with no professional credits.
Equipment
Your own studio or professional booth is preferred, but not required. A microphone with a pop filter and a free recording app in a quiet room is enough to be considered. No equipment at all is not a blocker — please still apply and we will arrange.

How Selection Works
Round 1 — Short sample
- 30-60 seconds in your own voice, on any script you like. Any recording device. We are listening for the voice and the accent, nothing else.
Round 2 — Custom script
- Shortlisted talent receive a recording brief with our scripts and characters, plus an optional live coaching session with our voice team.
Round 3 — Directed session
- A single remote recording session of roughly one hour, guided end to end by our team. Short scripts, a few takes each. No long or repetitive recording days.
Paid engagement. Fees, licence scope and terms are set out in writing with shortlisted talent before anything is recorded. Samples submitted in Rounds 1 and 2 are used for selection only — never commercially.
To Apply
