We’re looking for a practical, organised and quality-driven Void & Fit-Out Site Supervisor to join our team, supporting the delivery of a large-scale modernisation programme across the London Borough of Hackney.
You’ll be responsible for supervising the refurbishment of empty residential properties, ensuring they are brought up to lettable standard in line with all compliance, safety, and finish requirements. Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you’ll coordinate site works across multiple properties, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to our high internal standards.

- Salary: £45,000–£60,000 (experience dependant)
- Reporting to: Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site activity across multiple residential voids in Hackney
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (gas, electric, fire safety, EPC, etc.)
- Maintain excellent site health & safety and cleanliness
- Conduct site inspections, snagging, and quality assurance
- Track progress and report to Contracts Manager daily
- Maintain accurate site diaries and handover documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable experience supervising residential refurbishment/voids/fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of compliance standards for rental housing
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
- SMSTS (or SSSTS minimum), CSCS, and valid First Aid
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to travel daily across sites within Hackney
