Voids Contract Manager – Drive Performance and Improve Customer Outcomes

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a background in repairs, maintenance or housing? As a Voids Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in managing contractor performance, driving value for money and ensuring empty homes are returned to use quickly and efficiently.

Working closely with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders across Peabody, you'll oversee void works contracts, improve service performance and help deliver better outcomes for residents.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage voids contracts, ensuring contractors deliver against KPIs, quality standards and value-for-money targets.
  • Monitor contractor performance, spend, risk and works in progress, driving improvements where required.
  • Support procurement, contract governance, audits and compliance activities across the service.
  • Use data, insight and customer feedback to improve service performance and support more proactive property management.

What You'll Bring

  • Contract management experience within housing, repairs, maintenance, construction or a related environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, contractor performance and risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using data and performance information to drive service improvement and better customer outcomes.
