Platform Property Care now have a great opportunity for an experienced Housing Voids Inspector to join the Voids team based in Skegness, Boston and the surrounding area, to cover our properties there.
What could you be doing?
Putting our customers first you will ensure timely inspections of Void properties accurately specifying works required in line with our Letting and Service standards whilst liaising with relevant departments to turn properties around, quickly, and efficiently, and deciding when a property is ready for its next customer.
You will also be providing practical and technical support and assisting the Localities Area Manager to deliver the operational objectives ensuring all works are completed efficiently and effectively.

We Would Like Someone Who Has
- A suitable trade qualification - this is essential
- Experience of working within a multi-skilled environment
- Experience of working within a customer focussed environment
- Must have Housing Inspection experience
- Ability to make key decisions, comfortable with responsibility and accountability for successful outcomes in service delivery
- Excellent problem-solving ability, a solution focussed approach and comfortable working within a continuous improvement environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop good working relationships
- Great IT skills
- As this is a mobile role it is essential you have a full UK driving licence.
- As you will be in our customers homes you will also need a DBS check.
This role is for a team that is based covering Skegness, Boston and the surrounding area so travel would be expected. You would also need to be based in this area.
