We are looking for a skilled and motivated Repairs and Maintenance Operative – Voids to join our team. In this role, you will help prepare empty properties for new residents, ensuring homes are brought up to a high lettable standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong trade skills who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and making a real difference to local communities. You will be part of a supportive team committed to maintaining safe, high-quality homes for our residents.

What You Will Be Doing
- Carry out a range of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works to vacant properties, working from detailed specifications to ensure each home is ready for re-letting.
- Use mobile technology to manage and record jobs, accurately complete work orders, and provide photographic evidence of completed works.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, identify and report safeguarding concerns.
- Ensure company vehicles and equipment are well cared for.
- Contribute to delivering an efficient, value-for-money service that puts residents at the heart of everything we do.
