Job Overview
Mandatory Skills:
Voice and Broadband Domain
- Practical Voice/VoIP E2E testing experience.
- Call setup, call teardown, hold, transfer, waiting, forwarding, voicemail, Caller ID, and conference-call validation.
- Broadband gateway/CPE and ATA testing.
- Voice registration, provisioning, and recovery validation.
- Working knowledge of SIP call-flow fundamentals for troubleshooting.

Automation Engineering
- Strong Python/Java programming.
- Linux and shell scripting.
- API automation and validation.
- Automation-framework design, reusable libraries, and test-data management.
- Git and CI/CD integration.
- Failure triage, log analysis, and automated reporting.
Platform Experience
- Hands-on Automatics experience, or experience integrating with a comparable orchestration framework.
- Hands-on vQUAD experience and an automated voice-call and audio-validation platform.
- TR-069/TR-104, ACS/TARDIS, WebPA or equivalent device-management interfaces.
- RDK-B platform experience.
- SIP, RTP and Wireshark-based voice troubleshooting.
Overall Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Test Automation, with hands-on experience in Voice/VoIP, telecom services, or broadband device validation.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks for SIP-based voice services, ATA devices, broadband gateways (CPEs), or telecom platforms.
- Strong experience in automating voice call flows, voice feature validation, service provisioning, firmware upgrade validation, and recovery testing.
- Experience with vQUAD, Automatics Framework, TR-069/TR-104, ACS/TARDIS provisioning, WebPA, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, and CI/CD integration.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, SDP protocols, VoIP signaling, voice troubleshooting, and packet analysis using Wireshark.
- Experience working in broadband environments involving service provisioning, voice registration, reboot recovery, firmware upgrades, and end-to-end voice validation.
- Experience in RDK-B platforms, release validation, and release sign-off activities.
