Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The Volunteer will support BT Group’s community and outreach initiatives, assisting with organizing events, engaging with local partners, and promoting digital inclusion activities. Day-to-day responsibilities may include helping coordinate volunteer projects, providing support to staff during community programs, and contributing to communications materials such as updates, summaries, or simple reports. The role may also involve greeting participants, answering basic inquiries, and ensuring a positive, inclusive environment for all stakeholders. Volunteers will work closely with BT Group team members, following clear guidance while contributing their own ideas to improve community impact.
