Role Description
The Volunteer Staff role is a remote, contract position supporting the delivery of learning programs and transformation initiatives at MCFM Global Academy. Day-to-day tasks may include:

- Assisting with online course administration
- Coordinating virtual events and webinars
- Supporting participants with information and resources
- Drafting and updating learning materials
- Maintaining documentation and project records
- Helping manage communication channels such as email and online platforms

Volunteer Staff members may also collaborate with facilitators and subject-matter experts to ensure smooth mobilisation and effective implementation of academy projects. This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain experience in education, project support, and change management while contributing to social impact.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and record keeping for online programs.
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for engaging with learners and team members.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for remote work, such as learning management systems, video conferencing, and collaboration software.
- Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Interest in or exposure to facilities management, building management, transformation, or change management is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a diverse, global team.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to contributing to educational and social impact-focused projects.
- Prior volunteer or project support experience is an advantage but not required.
