We are looking for a highly organised and pro-active Executive Administrator to provide support to the leadership team.

What are we looking for?
Must Have
- Experience as an Administration Manager, Office Manager, or in a senior administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate workflows, and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence drafting professional correspondence, reports, and clear guidance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Should Have
- Experience working in a non-profit, social enterprise, or mission-driven organisation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.

What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for executive communications, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
Document Management
- Prepare, edit, and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events. Draft SOP's, policies and manuals.
Event Planning
- Organise and coordinate events, workshops, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
