Be part of the team delivering one of the world's most exciting AI events. As a volunteer, you'll support the operations behind AI LIVE: The London Summit and gain unrivalled experience at the forefront of artificial intelligence, technology, innovation and business transformation.
📅 Dates: 20–21 October 2026 (with training provided beforehand)
📍 Location: Olympia London
AI LIVE brings together more than 2,000 global leaders, innovators, technology experts and decision-makers to explore the future of artificial intelligence under the theme Technology + Human Purpose.
As a volunteer, you'll play a vital role in helping deliver keynote sessions, executive workshops, immersive experiences and networking opportunities while gaining first-hand exposure to the latest developments in AI, automation, digital transformation and emerging technologies.

How to Join
- Complete the online application
- Share your availability and area of interest.
- Attend a mandatory online briefing (early June) + in-person training ahead of the event.

- Welcome and Registration– be the first face our delegates see, helping with check-in and guest support.
- Stage and Session Support- assist speakers, manage timings, and ensure smooth-running sessions.
- Speaker and Media Coordination– support interviews, liaise with press, and keep the broadcast schedule on track.
- Sustainability and Partner Zones– bring our sponsors, partners, and sustainability activations to life.
- Event Operations– support logistics, broadcast, and production alongside the BizClik team.
