Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience for the people we support. You can make a difference.
As an Alcohol Recovery Support Volunteer with Change Grow Live, you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
Responsibilities
With this role you’ll be volunteering with the Alcohol Team, based in Preston, Lancashire.
The team supports service users completing triages offering harm reduction advice, alcohol reduction plans, supporting service users awaiting alcohol detox’s, co-facilitating pre-detox groups.

We will support you in this volunteering role by ensuring that you receive regular supervision and have someone on site who you can approach for day-to-day advice and guidance.
