Do you have a few hours spare on Saturday 19th September? We’re on the hunt for passionate volunteers to join us at our BHF London to Brighton Off Road cycling event and help us create memories participants will never forget!
Participants take on a unique challenge for the BHF, cycling off-road from London to Brighton across technical terrain seeing stunning views along the way. Volunteer with us today and make the experience even more amazing for our participants. We need volunteers to help at the information point before our riders set off. You will be answering last minute questions and giving directions as required; registering riders who turn up on the day; and offering general support including replacing missing rider numbers and getting riders to where they need to be to get started.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
