Responsibilities
What you’ll do
As a Clinical Administrator Volunteer you will play a key role in supporting the Administration Team in various administrative roles including, supporting with the management of batch printing and processing prescriptions ready for issuing to the people we support.
- Liaise with local pharmacies
- Support with maintaining and updating local and central databases
- Ensuring all communication between staff, the people we support, and partner agencies runs smoothly, this includes answering calls and directing enquiries

- Has good verbal and written communication skills
- Has good IT skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
- Is organised, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Is friendly, approachable and non-judgmental.
- Is comfortable engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
- Is willing to learn and work as part of a supportive team.
- Is reliable and committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Is passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in the community.
