Volunteer – Clubs Development Lead
British Foosball Association (BFA) | Development Working Group
Unpaid volunteer role
Help grow and strengthen the BFA’s network of foosball clubs, supporting existing clubs to thrive while helping new clubs get established.
What you’ll do:
- Support existing clubs with practical advice, resources and ideas to increase participation and activity.
- Help clubs promote their activities through social media and other communications channels.
- Support clubs with developing and promoting their competition and events calendars.
- Help clubs attract and retain new players, including developing initiatives to introduce newcomers to foosball.
- Support clubs with player development, helping create pathways for players to improve and become more involved in competitive foosball.
- Share good practice between clubs and help develop resources that support club growth.
- Support individuals approaching the BFA who want to start a new foosball club.
- Identify opportunities to expand the BFA’s club network and bring the game to new audiences.

What we’re looking for:
Someone who is enthusiastic about foosball and wants to help clubs and players grow. You’ll be organised, approachable and comfortable communicating with clubs, players and potential new participants. Experience running or supporting a sports club, events or social media would be useful, but isn’t essential.
