WIILMA is seeking a Co-Lead in REDI- Research Evaluation Development & Impact Team
What difference will you make?
WIILMA exists to tackle loneliness & isolation and increase Community cohesion through Community Education projects around World music, Arts, History, Heritage and culture.
We also do advocacy in a number of different areas including for people with seen an unseen disability.
What are we looking for?
About You
- Experienced in data collection methods, tools for surveys
- Experience in retrospective case studies
- Able to analyze historic data and frame solutions
- Support onboarding and training of your new team members

What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- To support the organisation with organisational learning and offer insights which emphasise the impact of our work.
- Manage the REDI Team through recruitment and supervisory support, working closely with the volunteer recruitment team.
- To develop the Co-Lead role in order to meet the needs of the organisation
- To oversee and be involved with the evaluation, data analysis and research across organisational projects
- Forming and keeping relevant policies updated

Data collection methods, tools, systems and processes
- Coordinating or directly reviewing, designing and redesigning as needed, different research surveys and forms of data collection.
- Keeping documents and policies updated when needed, including our current organisational document designs, such as
- Anonymous demographic forms
- Evaluation, feedback and impact surveys
- Historical projects and data
Looking back at previous projects we have designed, delivered and piloted since our inception - recognising opportunities for learning and exploring what can still be gauged, and the impact the work had.
- Creating retrospective case studies
- Looking through video evaluations, footage and photographs to build organised project evaluation archives to help demonstrate our timeline and impact
- To consider which projects we could and should revisit and deliver again and which projects we could scale up, based on our learning from our innovative projects.

REDI link to Fundraising
We are in the process of establishing a fundraising function; the work of REDI will inform and support the work of that team.
- REDI & filmmaking - you will have the opportunity to conduct research that could support our documentary film projects and storytelling.
- Researchers within the REDI team will also be involved with assisting with funding and grant application bids and potentially identifying funding opportunities also working closely with the fundraising team.
- REDI will also be involved with supporting the review of successful and unsuccessful applications as part of our learning and improvement.
REDI team recruitment
- Establishing priorities and roles needed for the team formation
- Reviewing candidate applications and assigning roles using a neurodivergent- approach towards recruitment
- Supporting the onboarding, training and retention of REDI team volunteers
