Company Description

The ATML Choir CIC is a community-focused choir created to combat loneliness and support mental well-being through inclusive music-making. The choir welcomes people of all backgrounds, musical abilities, and experiences, emphasizing that everyone belongs, whether on stage or in the audience. Its signature style is based on medleys—combining multiple songs into one cohesive sound—to reflect unity and togetherness through music. The ATML Choir CIC embraces all genres and aims to build a supportive environment where collective voices help reduce isolation and promote mental health. The organization believes that when people come together as one, they can create a more connected and compassionate world.

Role Description

This is a part-time volunteer role for a Content Creator and Videographer based in Manchester, with a hybrid working arrangement that allows some tasks to be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Planning, filming, and editing video content that showcases rehearsals, performances, member stories, and community events.
  • Creating engaging digital content for social media, the website, and other platforms to promote the choir’s mission and activities.
  • Collaborating with choir leadership and members to capture authentic moments, develop creative concepts, and ensure that all materials reflect the inclusive and mental-health-focused values of the organization.
  • Occasional in-person attendance at rehearsals, events, and shoots in Manchester to capture footage and work directly with the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
