Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Volunteer Customer Service role. The volunteer will respond to user inquiries through digital channels and, where applicable, phone-based communication, offering clear, empathetic, and timely assistance. Day-to-day tasks include guiding users through platform features, addressing concerns, documenting interactions, and escalating issues when needed. The volunteer will help maintain a supportive and respectful tone in all communication, provide feedback on recurring user needs, and collaborate with the team to improve overall customer experience. Availability for consistent full-time hours and reliable remote participation is expected.

- Ability to provide high-quality Customer Support and Customer Service focused on empathy, clarity, and reliability.
- Skills in fostering Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience through active listening and problem-solving.
- Professional communication in written interactions.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment with reliable internet access and basic technical proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and time-management skills.
- Experience in mental health support, peer support, or community-based services is beneficial but not required.
- Commitment to confidentiality, inclusivity, and non-judgmental engagement with users.
