Global Impact Foundation (GIF) is seeking a creative and multi-skilled Volunteer Digital Marketing & Content Creator to lead and execute our online presence. This role combines digital marketing strategy with hands-on content creation (graphics and video) to grow our reach, engage supporters, and tell our story effectively across all platforms.

This is an unpaid, remote volunteer position requiring 15–20 hours per week for a minimum of 12 months. It offers a unique opportunity to gain holistic experience in nonprofit digital marketing and multimedia content creation while contributing to a meaningful global cause.

Commitment: This position is unpaid and requires a minimum of 20 hours a week for 12 months. This position is fully remote.

WHO WE ARE

GIF is a non-profit organisation originally founded in 2020 to improve the quality of life for young people and their communities in sub-Saharan Africa through mindset training. The organisation now operates globally.

WHAT WE DO

We provide young men and women of Africa and other countries the tools, education, and awareness to transform their own thinking and beliefs, empowering them to create sustainable and thriving economic futures for themselves, their communities, and their countries.

WHY WE DO IT

We are committed to addressing youth unemployment through shifting mindsets and perspectives. Improving how someone thinks can radically improve an individual’s future regardless of environmental circumstances.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
