Volunteer Engagement Advisor
Salary: £28,000 per annum.
Location: Remote (Home based with occasional travel & overnight stays throughout the UK).
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week.

We're looking for a passionate and organised Volunteer Engagement Advisor to support our Volunteer Engagement work. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, supporting colleagues and championing the value of volunteering.
You'll help to create brighter futures by:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on volunteer policies, procedures and best practice.
- Support colleagues in using Oracle and other systems for volunteer recruitment and management.
- Maintain accurate volunteer data and help produce reports, insights and case studies.
- Develop clear guidance, resources and standard operating procedures to support self-service.
- Build strong relationships with volunteer coordinators and colleagues across the organisation.
- Help deliver learning and development opportunities, including supporting volunteer networks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of volunteer experiences and processes.
- Support the organisation's commitment to Investing in Volunteers accreditation.

Let's talk about you
We're looking for someone who is passionate about volunteering and understands the difference volunteers make.
You will bring:
- Experience supporting volunteers and colleagues in a charity, voluntary or not-for-profit environment.
- Established customer service skills and organisational skills.
- Experience of working with data management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
- Experience delivering learning, guidance or training to others.
- A commitment to inclusion, diversity and creating positive volunteer experiences.
- A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
