Global Policy Network (GPN) is a proactive global health think tank focused on policy, education, and sustainability. GPN convenes policy leaders, market access experts, academics, payers, innovators, and civil society to drive evidence-based solutions that expand access to healthcare and education, improve affordability, and support more equitable systems worldwide.
The organisation engages in rigorous dialogue on topics such as academic integration, regulatory and HTA developments, market access frameworks, and health equity. Through collaborations with governments, international organisations, nonprofits, industry advocates, and research institutions, GPN works to strengthen and transform health systems around the world.
Role Description
The Volunteer Executive Assistant is a full-time remote role supporting senior leadership at Global Policy Network.

- Managing calendars
- Scheduling meetings across time zones
- Coordinating virtual events and calls with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities involve:
- Preparing and organising documents, presentations, and briefing materials
- Maintaining digital filing systems
- Tracking key deadlines and follow-ups
The Volunteer Executive Assistant will:
- Handle basic expense tracking and reports
- Support email and correspondence management
- Help streamline communication between executives, partners, and project teams
This role also contributes to:
- Administrative process improvements
- Assisting with logistical support for projects and meetings
- Ensuring that leadership has timely information to advance GPN’s global health policy initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document organisation.
- Experience providing Executive Support, such as preparing briefing materials, managing correspondence, and supporting decision-making workflows.
- Ability to manage Expense Reports and basic financial tracking with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication skills, include clear written and verbal communication.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Demonstrated interest in global health, public policy, or sustainability; prior experience in nonprofit or international organisations is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
