Company Description

Global Policy Network (GPN) is a proactive think tank focused on global health policy, education, and sustainability. GPN convenes policy leaders, market access experts, academics, payers, innovators, and civil society to promote evidence-based policies that improve healthcare access, affordability, and equity worldwide. The organisation drives dialogue on academic research, market access, and health, education, and sustainability reforms. Through collaboration with governments, international organisations, nonprofits, industry, and research institutions, GPN works to strengthen and transform health systems globally.

Role Description

This position supports senior leadership with executive scheduling, meeting coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations.

  • Managing calendars
  • Organising travel and meetings
  • Preparing presentations and documents
  • Handling email and correspondence professionally and promptly
  • Maintaining records and files
  • Processing basic expense reports
  • Supporting internal and external communications with stakeholders and partners
  • Assisting with event and project logistics
  • Providing proactive administrative support aligned with GPN’s mission

The successful candidate will help ensure the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Strong executive administrative assistance skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Experience with general administrative assistance and office organisation.
  • Demonstrated executive support capabilities, including document preparation and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Ability to prepare, track, and reconcile basic expense reports with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders and to adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Previous experience supporting executives or teams in a nonprofit, policy, healthcare, or academic environment is an advantage.
