Support the Founder of a growing survivor-led C.I.C. as an Executive Assistant
Help coordinate leadership priorities, projects, meetings and communications while gaining hands-on experience in leadership support and contributing to the fight against CSA.
What difference will you make?
The Executive Assistant will help strengthen the organisation’s day-to-day operations by providing the Founder with consistent executive and administrative support.
This role will provide the Founder and senior team with the organisational support needed to operate effectively and continue growing the CIC’s impact.
The volunteer will help
- Keep the Founder’s priorities, meetings, communications and commitments organised.
- Ensure actions from meetings are recorded, followed up and completed.
- Improve coordination between departments, volunteers, partners and external stakeholders.
- Strengthen administrative systems, documentation and project tracking.
- Help ensure important deadlines, opportunities and organisational priorities are not missed.
- Free up the Founder’s time to focus on strategic leadership, advocacy, partnerships, content and supporting the organisation’s wider mission.
- Support the successful delivery of events, training, fundraising activities and community initiatives.
By helping create greater structure and accountability, the Executive Assistant will contribute to the CIC’s ability to grow sustainably and reach more survivors, young people and communities.
The organisation’s work focuses on challenging generational cycles, creating space for survivors and whistleblowers to share their experiences, promoting healing and education, and developing opportunities for empowerment and community transformation.
Your contribution will therefore go beyond administrative tasks. By helping the organisation run efficiently, you will help strengthen the infrastructure behind a platform working to raise awareness, amplify survivor voices, challenge systemic issues and support lasting change.
As the CIC develops, this is also an opportunity to grow with the organisation, contribute ideas and potentially progress into greater responsibility and future paid opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
