About the Role

The purpose of this role is to raise awareness of our charity's vital services and connect with eligible families. You will be the friendly face and voice of our charity, building online and local networks to ensure parents of autistic children know about and easily join our program.

What Difference Will You Make?

Transforming Autism is one of a very few charities that provide support to very young Autistic children. The waiting list for diagnosis is over 200,000 in this country with many families waiting years without support. The charity raises its own funds so that families can access support when they need it so children are not left waiting wasting their early years.

We need to get the word out about our services- that's where you come in!

You will be

  • Warm, approachable, and confident communication style.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your own hours and keep neat records.
  • Reliable and comfortable reaching out to professionals in schools or medical settings.
  • A passion for supporting families and children, particularly within the autism community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
