About Givto
We are a team of volunteers who run a unique and innovative online charity fundraising service called Givto.
We are looking to expand our financial team to strengthen our financial robustness.
What difference will you make?
Givto is unique. It’s a bit like a digital version of the supermarket charity token schemes. It enables people to give to different charities but ensure that their personal information is safe. Our users and the charities we support have told us it is already making a difference and enabling charities to reach people who would never have heard of them otherwise. That’s because no matter how big or small a charity is, or what cause they support, they all get a platform with Givto.
We are still relatively new and unknown though, so we have a lot of work to do in 2027. You will play a key role in ensuring that the organisation is financially robust and viable. The more we grow the greater the operational challenges, but the more money we raise for good causes across the UK and beyond.
You will also be joining an amazing team of volunteers who develop and run the Givto service. We are a dynamic and friendly team who love to learn from each other, share best practice, and have fun too.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
