What difference will you make?
Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C. is a survivor-led organisation building a platform for truth-telling, accountability, and community healing. Our work centres the voices of people who have been ignored, silenced, or left behind by existing systems.
We are developing a podcast and documentary storytelling platform that seeks to give space to real human experiences — particularly stories connected to childhood sexual abuse, ASE, survival, resilience, and social neglect.

What are we looking for?
- Strong experience designing data architectures and information systems.
- Understanding of relational/non-relational databases, data modelling, data flows and interoperability.
- Experience establishing data standards and ownership.
- Able to think about both operational data and long-term organisational intelligence.
- Strong understanding of data quality, governance and lifecycle.

What will you be doing?
- Define how SHG data is structured, stored, governed and exchanged.
- Establish what becomes the authoritative source of truth.
- Design data flows between organisations and systems.
- Create standards that allow information to remain useful as SHG grows.
- Work closely with AI, Security, Privacy and Integration Architecture.
