Violet&Co

Violet&Co is a new beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brand created with mothers in mind.

We’re at the very beginning of Violet&Co’s journey. The website is being developed, ideas are taking shape, and we’re working out exactly what we want Violet&Co to become.

The vision is to create more than an online shop. We want to build a community for mothers—a place where women can connect, share experiences, find useful resources, discover products, and, most importantly, feel understood and supported through the different stages of motherhood.

We’re starting small, and we’re looking for people who would love to be part of that journey from the beginning.

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for Volunteer Founding Team Members who want to bring their skills, ideas, and enthusiasm to Violet&Co.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be stepping into an established business with everything already decided. You’ll be joining at the ground floor, when there’s still plenty to shape.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
