Overview
Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live. Last year over 1400 volunteers donated over a quarter of million hours of their time to our organisation. Would you like to join our growing team of volunteers, and make a real difference?
Responsibilities
- The garden at CGL York is in need of some TLC.
- A group from Aviva did a great job of tidying it up but now it needs some gardeners to tend for it on a regular basis.
- Do you live in York and fancy being responsible for creating and maintaining a space which makes a real difference to those who use it?
- The garden runs next to the City Walls from Micklegate Bar and is a real sun-trap.
- It is home to all sorts of wildlife - foxes / birds.
- Space to plant up as you want.
- No Fixed hours - maybe one or two days / half days a month.
- Tools provided.

Please note that interviews for this post will be held 28/29 Sept & 1 October.
You must be available for training on 12/13 October and 2/3 November (930-3.30) at Blossom Street.
