Ramzunā Languages is a non-profit organisation that offers free, personalised English, German, and French lessons to Palestinian learners aged 13 and over, living in Palestine or displaced to Egypt. The program connects students with educators or conversation partners for weekly one-to-one, small-group, or asynchronous sessions tailored to individual goals, pace, and interests. Ramzunā Languages is rooted in the belief that education is a human right and should be accessible to everyone.

Role Description
The Volunteer German Teacher role is a voluntary, remote position focused on supporting Palestinian learners in developing their German language skills. Responsibilities include planning and delivering 1 engaging 90-minute lesson each week for at least 10-11 weeks. The Volunteer German Teacher will provide clear explanations, practice opportunities, and constructive feedback to help learners build confidence in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Qualifications
- Excellent command of German and good English proficiency.
- Ability to teach German effectively, with skills in German Teaching and general Teaching.
- Background or strong interest in Education, including understanding of learner-centred approaches.
- Comfort using online tools and platforms for remote teaching and communication.
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to educational equity and the organization’s non-profit mission.
