About Neuro Voices
Neuro Voices is a growing platform and community supporting neurodivergent founders, entrepreneurs and professionals.
We bring together founders, businesses, investors, universities, financial institutions and ecosystem partners through events, programmes, partnerships and the 100 Voices of Neurodiversity podcast.
Our ambition is to build a stronger support ecosystem for neurodivergent founders, create new opportunities for entrepreneurship and employment, and grow Neuro Voices into a national platform with programmes and communities across the UK.
As our work expands, we are looking for a Volunteer Head of Projects & Programmes to help oversee delivery across the organisation and support the development of our next stage of growth.
The Opportunity
This is a senior volunteer role working closely with the Founder & CEO.
You will help provide structure, coordination and oversight across Neuro Voices' growing portfolio of projects, programmes, events and partnerships.
The role is not focused on managing one individual project. Instead, you will help oversee the wider programme of activity across the organisation, making sure that projects are properly planned, prioritised and delivered.
You will also play an important role in identifying and developing new opportunities that could increase Neuro Voices' reach, impact and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Organisation-Wide Project Oversight
- Maintain an overview of all active and proposed Neuro Voices projects.
- Help establish priorities across different projects and programmes.
- Develop clear project plans, milestones, responsibilities and timelines.
- Track delivery and ensure agreed actions continue to move forward.
- Identify risks, delays, dependencies and resource gaps.
- Provide regular project and programme updates to the Founder and wider team.
- Help create a clear pipeline from initial idea through to delivery and evaluation.
Programme Development
Help develop and oversee programmes supporting neurodivergent founders and entrepreneurs.
This may include:
- Founder development programmes.
- Business and entrepreneurship support.
- Mentoring and peer-support initiatives.
- Workshops and training programmes.
- Investor readiness and funding programmes.
- Founder wellbeing and neurodiversity initiatives.
- Corporate and employer partnerships.
- University and student collaborations.
- Community programmes.
- Regional expansion initiatives.
You will help turn early-stage ideas into structured programmes that can be tested, delivered, measured and potentially scaled.
Growth & Strategic Projects
Work with the Founder to explore projects with strong growth potential for Neuro Voices.
Responsibilities may include:
- Identifying new programme opportunities.
- Researching potential partners and delivery models.
- Assessing the feasibility and potential impact of new ideas.
- Developing project concepts and proposals.
- Helping build pilot programmes.
- Supporting expansion into new regions and cities.
- Identifying opportunities to replicate successful programmes nationally.
- Supporting the development of sustainable revenue-generating programmes and partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
