About Bright Futures 4 All
Bright Futures 4 All is South London’s first dedicated SEND Community Hub. For over a decade, we have supported neurodivergent children and young people, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and barriers to attending school.

Requirements will vary depending on the role, but we welcome applications from people who are:

Relevant experience is desirable for specialist and senior roles. We also welcome people who are developing their careers, returning to work or looking to transfer their skills to the charity and SEND sectors.

Safer recruitment
Bright Futures 4 All is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We follow robust safer recruitment practices, and all appointments are subject to satisfactory pre-engagement checks.
Every successful applicant must:
- Provide details of two suitable referees and receive two satisfactory references
- Complete a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Complete all required safeguarding and onboarding checks before beginning their role
Location and commitment
Our SEND Community Hub is based in Croydon. Working arrangements and time commitments will vary depending on the role and will be discussed during the application process.
