Job Description
Program R is a desk-based research program. Program R completes a brief analysis of a country's current capacity to raise every boy in that country to be gender equitable and non violent. The research interviews a country's social sector leaders on the country's current capacity to raise Gender Equitable Boys. During the process of recruiting sector leaders for Project R research, we actively build a nascent coalition of future field builders in a country. During the process of being interviewed, sector leaders are exposed to the possibility that every boy in their country is gender equitable and non-violent, and possible frameworks for achieving this. Project R has been successfully piloted and a model for scaling Project R has been developed and tested. You will be doing:

This research builds on work from Equal Community Foundations partnerships to develop the volunteer research programme with support from Challenges Group and Edinburgh University.
