Role Description
The (Volunteer) LawTech, Product Lead will be responsible for guiding the vision, strategy, and roadmap of legal technology products that align with Abeyie Innovation UK’s mission. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Collaborating with founders and stakeholders to define product requirements
- Translating user and market insights into clear feature sets
- Coordinating with designers and technologists to deliver and iterate on LawTech solutions

This is a full-time, remote role that requires proactive communication, self-management, and comfort working in a fast-evolving innovation environment. As a volunteer position, it is ideal for individuals seeking meaningful impact, experience in LawTech, and opportunities to shape emerging products.
Qualifications
- Product leadership and management skills, including product strategy, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience or strong interest in LawTech, legal services innovation, or technology-driven access to justice solutions.
- Ability to conduct market, user, and regulatory research and translate findings into clear product requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams (legal, technical, and business).
- Comfort with remote work, including self-directed planning, time management, and use of online collaboration tools.
- Background or education in law, technology, business, product management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience in startups, innovation ecosystems, or volunteer-led initiatives is an advantage.
- Commitment to inclusive, ethical, and user-centered product development in the legal and technology space.
