Volunteer Manager
As Volunteer Manager, you will lead and grow our volunteer team of more than 140 volunteers, inspiring and supporting them to make a lasting impact. You will drive inclusive recruitment, deliver outstanding volunteer experiences, develop training and engagement opportunities, manage key volunteer systems and processes and work with colleagues to create meaningful volunteering roles.
As a champion for volunteering, you will build strong relationships, measure impact, promote best practice and help shape the future of volunteering across Bristol Dockyards. Our volunteers are at the heart of the visitor experience at Bristol Dockyards, helping bring Brunel’s remarkable ship and stories to life. The Trust creates rewarding opportunities for volunteers to learn, connect and make a difference, while ensuring they feel supported and have the necessary knowledge and skills to play a vital role in delivering our mission and values.

Salary: £32,000 P.A
