What are we looking for?
- Experience or strong ability in WordPress and PHP, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Able to build and customise themes, plugins, and open-source tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn deeply.
- Comfortable working long-term within collaborative teams.
- Committed to ethical practice, data protection, and building technology that supports community ownership and social impact.

What will you be doing?
- Develop and maintain WordPress platforms using PHP, building and customising themes, plugins, and features.
- Integrate open-source tools, fix bugs, and improve performance.
- Work with the digital team to deliver functional systems, apply security and accessibility standards, document work clearly, and support ongoing platform growth.
